Legal Notices
The Institute for the Study of Coherence and
Emergence (ISCE) operated from 1999-2018 as a
tax-exempt public charity under the Internal
Revenue Code.
ISCE was organized as a private non-profit
educational research organization and was
incorporated in Massachusetts.
ISCE maintained its principal office in
Massachusetts but for some years was also
registered as foreign tax-exempt
corporation with the State of Florida.
Both Massachusetts and Florida at one time
approved ISCE for the public solicitation of
funds.
All material displayed on the ISCE website
and from the ISCE Library is for educational
and research purposes only and may not be used
for commercial gain.
